Thanks for submitting your content to the HVIG newsletter.  Here are the guidelines:

• All are welcome to submit content for consideration for upcoming issues.
• Please share your experience, strength, and hope related to working the 12 steps in the Two-Hour OA HOW format program.
• Currently accepting articles, artwork, poetry, royalty-free images, or photos.
• Articles should be 250 - 750 words and may be edited by the newsletter team for typos, clarity, design, or space availability. 
• All submissions are submitted voluntarily.
• Articles, poems, artwork, drawings, audio files, videos, quotes, "aha" moments, and other relevant royalty-free content will be accepted
