Three speakers will share personal stories of how their relationships have transformed through their recovery programs. This promises to be an inspiring and impactful event.

Those who suffer from compulsive eating experience a wide range of symptoms and conditions. From the 12 Steps of Alcholics Anonymous, Step 10 calls for reflection on one's past and present behaviors, and how to improve upon them. Step 11 encourages prayer and meditation to better understand one's goals for abstinence. And Step 12 encourages the practice of carrying the message to those who still suffer from compulsive eating.
We're looking forward to hearing comments from event attendees after the workshop. Your feedback helps us to make sure that we can plan for future events.

The ability to pay for HVIG-Sponsored events is never a barrier. For our online events, a tax-deductible donation of $5 per event is suggested. Your generous donations and dedicated volunteers support this website from within our fellowship. The HVIG is seeking volunteers to assist with website updates, the We Care List, Documents and Folders, the Newsletter (on hiatus), and other tasks. It takes over 30 volunteers monthly to serve on the HVIG to make it work. We need help, so please consider volunteering to do service and come join the fun and fellowship.
